Alejandro Hernández is an IT Security Consultant that works for one of the World's largest international prefessional services firms.
With more than 7 years self-forged in the (in)security field, he has found some design and security bugs in sofware such as Ubuntu Linux, Snort and Acunetix WVS.
He also enjoys and is involved with Industrial Espionage, Vulnerability Development, Tactical Exploitation, Complex things, AI, Sci-Fi, Computer Science, Maths, Wetware Hacking, etc.
Luciano Bello has estudies in informatics, he's part of Debian Project and works on informatic security in the Argentina's goverment. Specialist in cryptography, intruder detection, exploting and OpenSSL. In 2008 he detected a critical vulnerability that affect Debian based distributions.

In BugCON '09 Enrique will offer a security software workshop.
Sandino Araico Sánchez is QFB from Universidad LaSalle, IT consultor since 1997, he founded a hosting company in 1994. Nowadays he's working in Sandino Networks, Arknus, Neocenter, Microbit, etc.
In BugCON, Sandino has been invited to offer a workshop about security through virtualization.
BugCON '09 will be celebrated from June 24th to June 26th, again in Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), in Mexico the most important institution on technology and engineering.

Ivonne Muñoz, who recently published a book named “Delitos informáticos, 10 años después”, will attend BugCON '09 as magistral speaker.
Ivonn is a lawyer from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana with the thesis “Renocimiento y certificación de la firma digital ante Notario Público” and has a master degree on e-Commerce from Instituto Tecnólogico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey with the thesis “La importancia de la seguridad informática para el sano desarrollo del comercio eléctronico en México”.
